Dr. Tonette Rocco receives an honorable mention by the 2017 Phillip E. Frandson Award for Literature in the Field of Professional, Continuing, and/or Online Education, presented by the University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) for her newest book entitled, “Disrupting adult and community education: Teaching, working, and learning in the periphery“. This is her second book recognized by the UPCEA. Congratulations Dr. Rocco!
