FIU professor leads school counselor association board

Sandra Logan, an assistant professor of counseling education, was recently selected chair of the board of directors of the Florida School Counselor Association.

The association helps empower Florida’s school counselors with the knowledge, skills, and resources to promote student success at school, at home or anywhere in the world.

Logan, who is in the Department of Counseling, Recreation and School Psychology, will serve as chair of the board until June 2021.
