Podcast: Vaccine law for COVID-19 and tips for law school with Brian Abramson

College of Arts, Sciences & Education alumnus Brian Abramson recently discussed legal perspectives affecting possible COVID-19 vaccines on the “More than a Major” podcast.

Abramson, who graduated with a double major in sociology and philosophy, has had experience as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit where he handled patent cases and appeals, including vaccine injury claims, that have been taken from the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Abramson’s latest book “Vaccine, Vaccinations, and Immunizations Law,” includes a recent supplement on COVID-19 vaccine development efforts. He is currently the treatise author and lecturer at Bloomberg Law, and has also lectured and presented Continuing Legal Education courses on vaccine law.
