Get inspired with virtual mini camps

Virtual summer camp

Keep the summer fun of Camp Inspire alive throughout the year. This fall, Mini Camp Inspire will offer weekly doses of engaging virtual programs and meaningful learning.

Running September to November, each Wednesday will feature a 90-minute session based around a monthly theme. Through interactive experiences, campers connect with peers, STEAM activities and cutting-edge research.

How does virtual camp work?
Hosted on Zoom, sessions are broken into two age groups – Jr. Investigators (ages 6-8), Explorers (ages 9-12) and CIT (13-14) – and facilitated by trained Education Outreach staff. Experiences include:

  • Interactive demonstrations
  • Guided hands-on activities
  • Virtual field trips
  • Chats with experts
  • Games and more

Once registered, parents will receive Zoom links, schedules and a camp packet which includes resources and activity sheets.

Starting Sept. 4, sessions will be held each Wednesday until Nov. 20. Camp days/times:

Wednesdays – Adventurers (all ages) – 3:30 to 5 p.m.
