The FIU After-School Treatment Program at the Center for Children and Families is a school-year program dedicated to positively impacting the lives of children between the ages of 6 and 12 at-risk for behavioral, academic, interpersonal and organizational difficulties. The program takes places at Dr. Carlos J. Finlay Elementary School. 

Job Summary:

Among other duties, the program director will be responsible for oversight and coordination of the day-to-day operation of the ATP and management of program staff. They will also ensure completion of all administrative components of the program and interfaces with Joseph Raiker, director of clinical services, regarding the implementation and provision of clinical services as a component of the program.


Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, education, or related field and six years of related work experience or Master’s degree in business, education, or related field and four years of related work experience.
