The Institute of Environment is seeking a student to join their team of professionals. The student communications assistant will aid in developing public outreach and marketing materials for a large, multi-disciplinary research institute aimed at addressing water and environmental issues locally, nationally and internationally.
Duties include:
- Working with members of the institute to help develop, publish and disseminate written products that describe the institute’s programs and opportunities.
- Creating visually engaging materials that inform various audiences about the institute’s research and educational initiatives.
- Working on the institute’s website and social media pages to maintain an extensive multi-purpose website and interactive social media channels.
- Logistical duties may include coordinating meetings/events, organizing records and other reporting materials for the Institute.
- Clerical office activities.
