Submit your abstract for the Virtual 10th Annual Forensic Science Symposium

The Global Forensic and Justice Center is now accepting abstracts for its Virtual 10th Annual Forensic Science Symposium. Submit your presentation or panel by March 26 for consideration.

Last year’s event drew more than 1,200 attendees from across the world. The center is once again offering free admission to the event and is expecting another record-breaking year of attendance.

While all areas of forensic science and criminal justice are welcome, the center is particularly interested in presentations on the following topics:

  • DNA/Forensic biology: genetic genealogy, rapid DNA, validation studies
  • Chemistry/Toxicology: edibles, field testing, hemp analysis
  • Lab management and operations
  • Standards and quality including OSAC and accreditation
  • Impression evidence/Firearms/Toolmarks
  • Forensic imaging advancements
  • Digital evidence investigations
  • Criminal justice issues
  • Forensic intelligence
  • Cognitive bias
  • Wildlife trafficking
