Kristi House is responsible for coordinating child-victims’ legal, medical and social services needs. Founded in 1995 as a private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, Kristi House provides an integrated solution for families navigating the complex services involved in the healing process. The center is nationally recognized for its evidence-based, therapeutic expertise in treating child trauma.

The Kristi House Project GOLD program coordinator is responsible for managing the Project GOLD group, enrichment and internship program as well as coordination of screening tools and assessments. The position also supervises the Project GOLD transportation coordinators for both drop in centers. The program coordinator will be supervised by the Project GOLD director.


  • Provide supervision to transportation drivers to ensure safety of members, adherence to program rules and policies and appropriate delivery and documentation of direct care services.
  • Manage the weekly schedule of group programming and supervise the implementation of prevention, employment and clinical group curriculums.
  • Network with community organizations to develop partnerships in order to build a sustainable and diverse internship program.
  • Supervise, manage and schedule all enrichment programs.
  • Oversee screening tools and assessments for members and ensure they are being completed in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Project GOLD research team regarding data collection pertaining to assessments, screening tools and surveys.
  • Promote a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive atmosphere of dignity and respect in line with the philosophy of Kristi House and Project GOLD to all members and staff.


  • At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in a social work, psychology, mental health, criminal justice or social service related field.
  • Experience working with teenagers and experience with group programming and curriculum preferred.
  • Management or supervising experience preferred.
