Teach abroad in Costa Rica

FIU students can gain global teaching experience this summer in Costa Rica through FIU’s new international teaching internship.

Interns will be placed at GSD International School in Alajuela, Costa Rica, for five weeks, July 19 – Aug. 20. Participants earn six credits, which can be applied toward graduate programs. They can earn more credits through mini-term or online courses while abroad. Spanish fluency is not required for the internship.

The program fee may be covered by a Kimberly Green Latin American and Caribbean Center internship grant (up to $2,000).
