The coordinator facilitates the human resource process for the employee life cycle. This position also resolves HR and payroll-related problems to ensure effective and positive employee relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures successful completion of hiring prerequisites
  • Maintains successful and timely completion of new hire paperwork and employee data in HRIS
  • Responds to requests for verifications of employment
  • Assists in researching and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Acts as the point of contact for employees by answering and responding to requests and questions
  • Assists in statistical reporting and process monitoring, as requested by the Human Resources Manager
  • Administers health plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations for employees
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and completion

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of professional and/or customer service experience
  • Display exemplary work ethic, professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate technical capability, strategic thinking, exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization, communication proficiency, leadership and teamwork
